Adept in working with different people from different countries, she has embraced diversity and cultural sensitivity in her professional and personal life. Having lived in Indonesia and Singapore with her family she has developed an appreciation of being an Expat family including all its challenges and benefits.

For years she has been working with different global companies in managing their international assignment policies and expats.  Her expertise includes visa and immigration, destination services, policy and benefits design and management.

Blanche holds a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification since 2010.

Noelyn Villanueva

She has a background in content and media management, digital marketing, and client communications.

Noelyn graduated from De La Salle University – Dasmarinas with a degree on Bachelor of Arts major in Broadcast Journalism.

Yvonne Densing

Being in Sales and Marketing for the more than 10 years has given Yvonne extensive experience in business development, strategic marketing and customer service. She is also a certified Civil Service Professional and have handled several city government projects which makes her a capable project manager.

She has a degree in Political Science and earned graduate units in Public Management from the University of the Philippines.

Anna Zakharyan

An expat herself Anna has a long-time experience in working among people with diverse backgrounds. Individual approach is the key point in Anna’s work attitude.
Anna has an extensive work experience in Business administration and Project management across various spheres and countries, including Russia, Armenia, Australia, USA and France.
Graduated from Economics university in Moscow and holds a PR & Marketing degree from an American University of Armenia.

John Marcarian

A specialist in global private client tax and international business expansion, John is a sought after speaker on tax and business matters and regularly presents to business groups around the world.

In 1992 John established CST Tax Advisors and since then has developed extensive experience dealing with global expatriates and business entrepreneurs

In 2004 John established the Singapore Office of CST Tax Advisors. From his base in Singapore John is regularly sought out by leading global private banks for his strategic tax strategies and responsive approach to client matters.

John won the Price Waterhouse Prize for Tax Law at Macquarie University. He has presented tax seminars for the Standard Chartered Private Bank, Singapore, ANZ Bank, Singapore & Hong Kong, AustCham Singapore and AustCham Hong Kong, and numerous professional bodies in the United States and the United Kingdom including Australian American Association and Advance and Australian Business.

In 2007 John was awarded the degree of Master of International Taxation at the Australian School of Taxation (ATAX). John won the John Raneri Memorial Prize for the best performance by a graduating student in the Master of International Taxation Program.

John has had a number of articles published in the Tax Specialist, a publication of the Tax Institute of Australia;Charter, a publication of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia; and the Tax Yearbook, a publication of the International Tax Planning Association.

Most recently John has published two books ‘Expatland‘ which is aimed at assisting potential global expats plan their move and ‘The CST Way‘ a professional services for Global Accounting Firms.

John is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the International Tax Planning Association.
